Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Corgeut watch. Please review our return and refund policy before submitting a request.
1. 100-Day Free Returns
You can request a return within 100 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns are free of charge: we cover the return shipping cost for every eligible return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The watch must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be returned with the original packaging and all included accessories.
2. How to Start a Return
Contact our support team at 📧 contact@corgeutwatches.com and include:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the product, if it arrived damaged or defective
After reviewing your request, we will email you the return instructions. Please ship the return only after receiving them.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned watch, we will contact you by email. If the return is approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different watch, return the original item and place a new order.
5. Warranty
Every Corgeut watch includes a 3-year warranty. For a warranty request, contact us at 📧 contact@corgeutwatches.com with your order number and photos of the watch.
6. Exceptions
Where permitted by applicable law, we may decline returns that:
- Are requested after the 100-day return period.
- Show signs of use, alterations or damage caused after delivery.
- Are missing components or accessories originally included with the order.
- Are sent without following the return instructions provided by our team.
